Orders & Payment

• shopcerisa reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion or stock unavailability
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Opay and Palmpay. All payments in Nigerian Naira

Delivery

• shopcerisa delivers to all states in Nigeria. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather or other factors outside our control
• Risk of loss and title for items passes to the buyer upon delivery confirmation
• shopcerisa is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items
• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Change of mind returns are not accepted
• Sale items and personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item
